White Square is led by experts in their fields – leaders who combine deep experience and the ability to make the best long-term decisions, which is often a vital aspect of the real estate sector. We are lifetime associate members of the Institute of Valuers (IOV), a premier organization of valuation professionals in India. The lending institutions have to assess the credit requirements of the borrower, understand the economic and technical viability of the asset, verify and investigate the title of the mortgagor. These critical activities must be trusted to a professional outside the financial institution or the bank's domain.
Founder
ANJALI BAKARE
Mrs. Anjali Bakare is the founder and proprietor of White Square Consultant and Valuers. She is a first-generation entrepreneur. Upon completion of her education, Anjali started working as an independent contractor. She worked with the local public welfare department on projects in the public sector. She has over two decades of experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and project management services in residential, commercial, healthcare, warehouse, industrial, and manufacturing sectors.
Fueled by her passion for construction, Anjali proudly established White Square Consultant and Valuers. She will leverage over two decades of experience in the construction industry to provide quantity surveying and cost estimation services to clients. She will enable clients in the residential real estate sector to make informed business decisions based on reliable, authentic, and defensible information.

Director
NARENDRA BAKARE
As a Director of White Square Valuers and Consultants, Mr. Narendra Bakare is responsible for all aspects of management and operation of the company including new project acquisition, development and due diligence, and construction. From the finest properties in residential and commercial real estate, Narendra is intimately involved in the success and growth of the organization.
For the past three decades, he has been actively engaged in the construction, real estate, and financial service sector, with a wide range of experience in the domestic market. He actively spearheads the rapid growth of real estate valuation division at White Square Valuers and Consultants.

SANJAY SADRE
As a Director of White Square Valuers and Consultants, Mr. Sanjay Sadre brings over 14 years of experience in the field of property valuation. Sanjay Sadre is an Approved Valuer of Immovable Properties under section 34AB of the Wealth Tax Act, 1957. He is an Approved Valuer in the category of Land and Building and a member of the Institute of Valuers which is a pioneer organization in the valuation profession in India.
Sanjay Sadre has worked with several esteemed private banks, nationalized banks, and financial institutions in Ahmednagar, Pune, Aurangabad and Nashik on projects in residential, commercial, and retail sector.

Kaustubh Bakare is an associate member at White Square Valuers and Consultants. Kaustubh is an Approved Valuer in the category of Land and Building. He is also a member of the Institute of Valuers which is a pioneer organization in the valuation profession in India. Kaustubh is passionate about construction, real estate valuation, quantity surveying, estimation, and cost management.
Kaustubh’s experience extends from public and private sector clients in residential & commercial real estate, data centers, hospitality, warehouse, and health care sector.
